Today was a totally unscheduled "laissez faire" day. The girls are incredibly inventive when given a whole blank day to fill up with whatever they can think of and I was really easy going about it today. So when Athena asked me if she could wash the sand off her feet in the hose, I said "Okay!" and then if she could turn on the sprinkler and run through it naked, I said "Why not?" They didn't have any sunscreen on so we kept it short and then came inside to have Zoe's request of "Bunnies!" for lunch - which I figured was rolled up turkey sandwich meat with raisin eyes and carrot whiskers. Sometimes I feel like the fourth kid...

Bunnies sounds pretty delicious. Maybe some bunny stew? Glad they can have such fun with their wonderful mom!
