Okay, so I admit to
completely forgetting about school pictures and sending my oldest to school in uniform with not so perfect hair while all of her friends were totally bedazzled, but is this really the best they could do? Weren't there any pictures where she was smiling or at least looking a little less unprepared? I mean, she's still adorable, but
really? I have like 50 copies of this picture!
Luckily, the picture packet came with a little note that said: "
If you are unhappy with the portraits, please return them, and your child will have their picture retaken on October 12th!"
Why
yesssss, I believe I will take them up on that offer!
(Edited to say, when Athena saw the pictures she said "
I wasn't very happy to have my picture taken.")

She's still cute! But yeah, a smile is always nice for school pics.
I hate the pre-pay kind of pics, I want to see what I'm getting before ordering.

lol. She is totally adorable but I can sympathize. Cameron took the most adorable picture but he had a huge puddle of drool all over his chin. I mean, really?!!
Here's to hoping they try a little harder on make-up day!

Look forward to see what Athena looks like when she is happy taking the school picture .......the only she has is already so much better than all the awful ones I remember from my school picture taking time! lol
I just got the proofs back for K&A...they look pretty bad, but there was no option for a re-take...
